Renting through Calibre Real Estate

Finding a place to rent can be a stressful experience, especially when you’ve got tight timeframes….  At Calibre Real Estate we try to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible!

Should you be interested in renting a property through Calibre Real Estate, you will need to complete a Tenancy Application Form. With this application, we also require photo identification (driver’s licence, 18+ card, and passport), confirmation of current/previous address (rates notices or tenant receipts), and proof of income (payslips, group certificate, bank statement or centrelink letter).

Following an inspection of the property and upon submitting a fully completed application form, our Property Managers will review and process your Application in accordance with our Service Standards.  They will contact you within 24 – 48 hours of your submitting the application to advise whether your application has been successful.

If accepted, we will arrange a sign up date and move in date. You will need to provide an amount equivalent to two weeks rent as part bond to secure the property within 24 hours of acceptance.

Prior to collecting the keys, you will need to complete the paperwork. We also require 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks rent for the bond.

You will need to print it out to complete. You can submit your completed application form with the supporting documentation following an inspection of the property via:
