I am: The person, (long before I became a Property Consultant) that family & friends come to for advice on property……..& wine!

Proudest moment: With 5 beautiful children and a gorgeous wife, I have many proud moments. More recently though, I am very proud of my eldest daughter, as she recently achieved property ownership at the age of 21.

Biggest challenge: 3 kids under 3, but so worth it!

Alarm clock: If only I got to sleep that long. Usually, my wife or our dog Dusty, around 5.30-6am.

Perfect day: Has to be fishing and crabbing up on the Noosa River, with my wife and kids!

First job: Milk delivery boy, jumping off the back of the milk truck & running with 8 glass milk bottles between my fingers. No WHS back then.

Superhero power: I don’t grow hair on my legs ? which is weird! But it is considered almost a superpower. Mainly by those that are constantly trying to remove the hair from their legs.?

Favourite spot in Brisbane: Howard Smith Wharves in the City, but in the greater Brisbane area, it’s Samford Village and enjoying the amazing driving roads nearby, like Mount Glorious and Mt Mee Road.

Moved to Brisbane in June 2004. We enjoy camping with the family in our caravan, often up at Noosa and Caloundra. I enjoy exploring different wine regions with my wife and friends, and my other passion is driving my dream car.

As an Avionics Engineer with Qantas for many years, I certainly developed an incredible eye for detail, a work ethic second to none, and the value of effective communication.  It is not a field that you can survive in without total commitment to the task, a high level of skill, and an unwavering honesty, to get it right, first time, every time.

Fortunately, I was able to use these attributes in my property, and investment property purchases over the years.  

My eye for detail, and experience in the buying and selling of properties, has often enabled me to spot something special about a property that sets it apart from similar properties, regularly adding that extra value, in lifestyle and resale. 

My passion for real estate, and my experience with various types of property, coupled with a genuine, honest approach and excellent communication, will leave any prospective client, in no doubt that they will receive the best service and if selling, the best price possible.
