You’ll need loads of energy, experience building relationships and meeting people to do this role! You will be responsible for ensuring the properties are rented fast, with great tenants, so you’ll have loads of juggle in this busy role. Your main responsibilities will include:

*Coordinating and conducting inspections on a wide variety of properties

*Managing all inspection enquiries and maintaining a database of potential tenants using InspectRealEstate software

*Updating rental lists and managing sign-boards

*Working with the Business Development Manager and Property Managers to prepare rental marketing and advertising

*Matching potential tenants with perfect properties, following up, making appointments and conducting inspections

*Using your initiative to discuss and record any property issues

*Lease renewals including lease preparation, follow-up calls to tenants and sending leases.

Plus other ad-hoc tasks that come up in a growing business, such as covering the phones and general administration to support the Business Development Manager….not to mention working within a fun, hard working and effective property support team, juggling multiple jobs, prioritising tasks and delegating effectively.

You will be working in a portfolio within a team of 3 Property Professionals. As a Property Manager you will manage properties and all the co-ordination and liaison between tenants and contractors on a daily basis.  Your main responsibilities will include:

*Managing your correspondence with current and vacating tenants

*Conducting detailed routine inspections on a wide variety of properties

*Promptly attending to maintenance requests and actioning invoices

*Communicating with tenants to manage and minimise rental arrears

Plus other property management based duties all within a fun, hardworking and effective property support team, multitasking, prioritising tasks and delegating effectively. You will have the support of a Senior Property Manager, Property Assistant (assisting you with the leasing of properties) and a Property Management Administrator to assist you with administrative duties.
