We rented our home through Emily and the Calibre team for two years and they were exceptional. We’ve rented before through other agencies and this has by far been the best experience. We would have Emily and the Calibre team again in a heartbeat.

We have just had our unit successfully rented by Emily Williams at Calibre. It was only on the market a few days and she found a family to rent it at the asking price for 1 year. The whole process was made easy because of the way Emily communicated with us. She responded to all queries and made sure we understood how the whole process worked (first time landlords). She also made sure we were aware of some of the rules related to renting, like having complaint smoke alarms. She supplied us with the complete history of each application and we received updates and comments on who had visited the property.
