The last of the four terrace offerings on the current series of The Block 2012 has commenced its marketing.

The 407 Dorcas Street terrace  in South Melbourne (pictured above) is marketed as a four-bedroom terrace, whereas the other three terraces are being marketed as three bedrooms apiece. Dan and Dani have put the extra bedroom on the ground floor of their corner terrace.

“Inspired ideas by Dan and Dani, who responded best to the demands of the contest, add a designer edge to a totally transformed tri-level floor plan,” Morgan suggests.

Dan and Dani have turned the indoor rooftop space into a study, plus terracing as have the couple Sophie and Dale when renovating 401 Dorcas Street at the other end of the block.

The properties at 403 and 405 Dorcas Street – renovated by Mike and Andrew, and Brad and Lara respectively – have top floor laundry and rooftop bars instead, plus terracing.

Like the other three terraces, inspection for buyers is by private inspection with no photography permitted during inspections given there are still room reveals to occur on the reality television show.
