The Courier Mail announced just last week news of a record breaking sale for residential property in Brisbane. The article told us that property “Developer Sunland Group has paid $5.9 million for a prime residential development site in Brisbane’s west, with plans to build a $30 million luxury housing estate.”
Sunland managing director Sahba Abedian said “This latest acquisition is in line with our strategy of identifying premium sites within established high-growth areas, with access to considerable natural and built amenity,” in his statement to the ASX.
