This is our first priority. Our team understand that our goal is to find the best possible tenant in the quickest possible time. Prospective tenants are screened and selected with great care.
We have a thorough, discerning and highly effective system and assess the suitability of all prospective tenants. We are then able to make our recommendation to the Landlord, who has the final decision.
Payment of rent is monitored daily. The key to reducing rental arrears starts with our thorough tenant selection process. We are careful to explain our policy to new tenants and we do not tolerate late payment of rent.

Inspections, Maintenance and Repairs
We inspect and prepare a comprehensive entry condition report prior to tenants moving in. We carry out quarterly inspections and you will receive a detailed report with photographs. These inspections gives us the opportunity to identify areas where preventative maintenance may be required and ensures your property is well maintained and cared for.
We employ only experienced and licensed tradespeople to maintain your property at competitive prices. You may nominate your own tradesperson but we ask they be licensed, easily contacted and able to act promptly.
Upon vacate, we ensure the tenant leaves your property in the clean and tidy condition as when the tenancy commenced; taking fair wear and tear into consideration. The bond will not be refunded until we are completely satisfied with the condition of the property.
Our responsibility to care for your property and your tenants is something we take very seriously. We are committed to offering you the best and most comprehensive service available. As a matter of course, we provide mid month and end of month statements electronically or by post. We can also manage all accounts associated with your property including insurance, council rates and water, body corporate levies and accounts for repairs and maintenance. We can tailor to suit your individual requirements.
