Having worked in the real estate industry since 1988, Lorrae’s knowledge and experience shows through in her ability to manage and maintain her portfolio of properties with room to increase that portfolio without sacrificing the high standard of service, communication and attention to detail that she offers to her clients.

Keeping on top by attending regular training courses and conferences to update and maintain her knowledge within the industry, is another of her strengths. This is important when you are looking for a Property Manager as it gives you peace of mind that your investment is being well looked after.

Lorrae has strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with people on all levels. She can also negotiate and mediate between all parties to achieve outcomes suitable for everyone in most matters relating to her position. She acts as a buffer between lessors and tenants and keeps them informed during the course of each tenancy of rights, obligations and responsibilities with regard to changes in legislation.

Lorrae has recently celebrated her 10th anniversary with Calibre and has lived and worked on the Northside of Brisbane for the past 20 plus years and is enjoying her position as Senior Property Manager and her role in the vibrant and enthusiastic Calibre team.
