A trustworthy, enthusiastic and dedicated professional known for his commitment to always go the extra mile, Patrick Cornish comes from an extensive background in the banking and finance industry. Having worked for 25 years as an investment banker in London, Singapore and Sydney.
He then switched to a career in Real Estate in 2009 as a fully licensed agent selling high end properties on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
Another lifestyle change then saw him move back to Brisbane in 2018 and transition to Property Management.
He managed the South side portfolio initially before it was sold and is now responsible for 150 properties mostly on the North side and Inner West.
He is very much hands on, and it is not unusual for him to personally help tenant’s out with various maintenance issues that they may struggle with.
A focus on high standards in customer service and satisfaction is the driving force behind Patrick. As an experienced Property Investor himself having bought and sold 13 of his own homes, he has a strong appreciation of client’s concern’s from both a tenancy and ownership aspect.
