With over 5 billion mobile phones being used around the world, of which a billion are smart phones, it has never been more important to embrace mobile marketing. Here they can access property photos, floor plans, property and price information. The SMS technology also includes SMS alerts for new properties, reminders for open homes and alerts about price changes.

Close to 98% of all text messages are read, and 90% are read within the first three minutes of being received. It is obvious then why our digital marketing campaign has been a success. SMS technology has proven to be a crucial tool in holding VIP inspection nights before properties go on the market and has even resulted in the sale of a property prior to conducting open homes.
